- Contact new/existing clients on regular basis to keep/build the long lasting relations and to ensure high level of satisfaction of the clients.
- Develop and maintain the knowledge of new and existing products of the company to provide best services and training to the new and existing clients.
- Focus on possibility to increase the business coming from existing clients and explore the innovative Ideas to refer new clients to the company.
- Follow up with feedback and queries of the clients on daily/routine basis.
- Target oriented and driven with positive approach and Innovative Ideas.
- Develop the ability to co-operate with other departments to get work done efficiently and politely.
Essential Requirements & Person Specifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in Forex.
- Native in Turkish, English and knowledge of any other languages will be considered as an advantage.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Economics or relevant.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Dynamic, innovative and target-oriented.
